So I’ve started language school. Denmark is pretty generous in helping an alien such as myself acclimatise to Danish life, and for the first three years of your residency free language classes can be undertaken. So far I’ve only had two five hour lessons, classes being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I seem to be doing OK. With the understanding at least, when it comes to my pronunciation.. well.. lets say that’s going to take some time! There is a good mix of people there, Nigerian, Burmese, Polish, Egyptian and even a Cook Islander, all off whom seem very friendly and we all help each other out which is essential for a good class.
Here’s hoping I can actually hold a conversation of sorts by the end of the year!
